What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to ship your orders as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel. Delivery times vary depending on your location but for the UK we aim for 1-2 business days & for Europe 3-5 business day.
Which courier will you use to send my order?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 to ensure that your order is fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We use Royal Mail Tracked24 or Tracked48 for UK orders and International Tracked for the rest of Europe. So you’ll be able to track your order once it has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to Europe.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We cannot guarantee that an international shipment will pass through customs or that additional charges will not be imposed.
Customers should check the applicable rules in their country before placing an order.
How are the products packaged for transit?
All peptides are shipped as stable, lyophilized (freeze-dried) powders in secure glass vials. Packages are shipped in temperature-resilient, plain, discreet outer courier packaging to ensure product integrity and confidentiality.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Can you provide me with dosing guidelines or mixing instructions?
We are strictly a laboratory chemical supplier. As such, we cannot legally provide any medical advice, dosing protocols, or guidelines regarding administration.
Do you supply blended or pre-mixed peptides
No, we do not supply pre-blended peptide combinations. All items are provided strictly as individual, single-compound products.This policy is maintained to guarantee absolute quality control. Blending multiple peptides within a single vial severely complicates the precise verification of the purity, chemical identity, and exact mass quantity of each component. By supplying exclusively individual compounds, every batch can be rigorously verified. If your specific laboratory study requires the use of multiple peptides, please order each compound separately. This ensures you can manage reconstitution and combination ratios precisely according to your own internal laboratory protocols.

What payment methods do you accept?
To ensure maximum security and seamless order processing, we utilize Wallid Pay-by-Bank. This allows you to complete your order securely and instantly directly via your bank's secure open banking app, completely avoiding traditional credit card processing delays.
How long do lyophilized peptides remain stable?
In their freeze-dried powder form, our vials are highly stable at room temperature for several weeks during transit. Once received at your facility, we recommend storing the un-reconstituted vials in a refrigerator (2-8°C) or freezer (-20°C) for long-term stability up to 24 months.
How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
