1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may take some time to update after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
7. Delayed or Missing Orders

We will investigate the shipment with the relevant delivery provider where appropriate.
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs procedures, industrial action or other significant disruptions.
8. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where possible, please take photographs of the external packaging and the product before disposing of any packaging.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required by applicable law.

All products sold by Pepduro are supplied strictly for legitimate laboratory research and analytical purposes.
